SA Home Developments (SAHD) is South Africa’s first 100% black youth-owned property developer. We are an innovative Level One B-BBEE company, offering 135% B-BBEE procurement recognition.

SAHD was incorporated with the principal goal of providing housing to both low and middle-to-high income individuals. This made prevalent in a time of rife poverty and lack of adequate housing for the majority of South Africans.

SAHD aims to provide quality services to all clients, as well as ensure impeccable workmanship from building contractors. It is the company’s main goal to achieve a reputation for client satisfaction, quality and “on-time” delivery.
