General information

My name is Keith Stephen Polden and I qualified as a Counselling Psychologist in 2014.

I completed my Internship at the University of the Western Cape and has been practicing as a Psychometrist for the past 5 years.

My practice is located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town at 87 Borghorst Street Monte Vista, Capetown. My practice form part of three established Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists.

Keith Polden Psychological Services (KPPS) is a mental health counselling/assessment center focusing on psychotherapeutic interventions and psychological assessment of children, adolescents and adults with mental health issues, legal issues as well educational and career concerns.

The practice objective are to:
• Provide counseling to individuals, couples and families.
• Provide Group Therapy (i.e troubled teens and substance abuse groups).
• Provide excellent psychometric services in various applied contexts (including, career assessment, medico-legal assessment (Neuropsychological assessment), scholastic assessment and forensic assessment.
• Provide educational services (Workshops for parents and lecturing services at tertiary institutions).
