Our boutique gym is like no other. It is inviting, uncrowded and exclusive, boasting state of the art equipment and spectacular views of the Stellenbosch mountains. Our personal trainers make full use of this set-up and location – combining indoor facilities and outdoor mountain trails to develop custom, creative regimes.

We approach training holistically, facilitating fitness and strength across the entire body, to help clients achieve their athletic goals and to encourage healthy physical functioning in daily life. Our methods are informed by the latest developments and studies in sport science, which we tailor to each individual’s requirements.
