Qi Gong has been developed over thousands of years in China, and is based on the premise that illness is caused by blockages in the energy (Qi) of the body, and that releasing these blockages assists the body's natural healing process. Master Ben trained in Taiwan and has over 20 years experience in the practice of Qi Gong.
