General information
Since the purchase of our first building in 2003, Jozi Housing has specialized in providing affordable residential accommodation for rent to families in the inner City.
Most of our 23 buildings were bought in a derelict state and we refurbished them, turning them into fresh, new apartments which we manage and maintain ourselves.
Our buildings are clean, secure and well maintained. Jozi Housing has a portfolio of 26 buildings comprising of 2 800 units.
In addition to providing new housing, we have also helped to grow a large number of skilled contractors through a combination of partnerships, empowerment and skills development.
We are proud to be part of the regeneration and upliftment of the Inner City of Johannesburg.
