Tiffiny began her career in Real Estate in 2002 in Hillcrest and moved up to Howick in 2004. It was in Howick where she joined the Development Team for the Amber Villages. Her experience in this market is unrivalled and her knowledge of the retirement market and the different villages and unit designs has assisted hundreds of purchasers with their decisions.

Tiffiny is presently the Top Sales Consultant in KZN (2013 and 2014), in the Harcourts Group. As 2nd best performing agent in the country for 2013 and 3rd best for 2014, Tiffiny is deservedly respected by her all her peers and colleagues as a consistently superior agent!

Tiffiny's popularity amongst her clients is partly due to the appealing rapport she establishes with everyone she meets, and partly because of the professional and ethical approach she has towards her work and the individual problems that come with it. As many of Tiffiny's clients will attest, she will always go out of her way to ensure client satisfaction.

Moving into 2015, Tiffiny and the Ambers development team are now working on another new "Amber" development - Amber Lee, set to expand on the already high standards set by Amber Valley, Amber Ridge and Amber Lakes. In order to ensure adequate service and support, Tiffiny joined the reputable Harcourts group in 2011, as Senior Property Consultant, working out of the Greenacres branch in Howick. This added support structure has allowed Tiffiny to sell for the developer more effectively, at no extra cost to the client (no transfer duty and a reduced commission as per developer norms), whilst also legally being able to service the resale market within the existing and already completed "Amber" developments of Amber Valley, Amber Glen, Amber Lakes, Amber Ridge and Amber Fields. Harcourts is the only Nationally recognised Agency selling for the developer.

In addition to this, through Harcourts, Tiffiny is properly qualified to offer an added service to her clients to list and sell property outside the "Amber" villages, and, as a result, can offer added networking exposure from the nationwide Harcourts team, thus increasing her clients' chances of selling their existing home, should they need to, in order to purchase at one of the sought after "Amber" villages. As a final bonus to her clients, Harcourts Greenacres is also home to one of Tiffiny's long standing "Amber" colleagues. Tracy Williams had been managing most of theAmber Valley rentals from the original developer days, (in excess of 150), prior to joiningHarcourts in 2011 and has successfully migrated most of these to the Greenacres branch and the extra value this provides. Investment buyers at any of the villages now have the added advantage of an extensive rental database to draw on, should they so wish.
