General information

Three years ago we found that we needed to find a way to help our homeschool teenagers better manage their learning. When we went looking for a suitable environment on the East Rand and we found that there was nothing that filled that need. After much deliberation, the four of us decided to do it for ourselves. Before long however the word got out and 2 1/2 years down the line we now have thirty two students at our centre. We have so loved working and guiding them and watching them grow as people and independent mature learners that we have decided to officially extend this service to others. We realised after numerous calls from desperate parents that there are many young people who are not thriving in a traditional school setting and would like to study independently. This can often come with challenges: managing time and schedule of work, having problems with work being assessed immediately and lack of understanding of the Cambridge system. We hope to help alleviate these issues and more, so that the long distance learning experience is a positive one. We are passionate and dedicated to helping each student find their strengths and accomplish their goals.
