Established in 2000, Design@Bay is one of the leading Strategic Branding and Design Agencies in the Eastern Cape. Design@Bay was founded by Managing Director, Dipti Varghese. With a Master of design degree and 25+ years of experience in the exclusive communications industry of India, Japan and South Africa, Dipti has put together a multi-disciplinary team of creative strategists.

As a member of the Businesswomen’s Association (BWA) for over eight years, she is passionate about women empowerment. A Businesswoman of the year finalist herself, she serves on the mentoring board of the organisation. Aside from initiating and conceptualising creative work, Dipti guides the team, constantly encouraging leveraging of the power of creativity, technology and design to create enduring and sustainable communication and marketing solutions.
