Urban Lime's appealing designs and curated clusters of buildings attract a range of tenants, particularly from creative sectors. The group owns and manages an investment portfolio in London, Cape Town and Durban.

Sustainability is deeply ingrained in what they do. Restoring and reusing as much of the fabric of the original building wherever possible means that they consider every single building with the same degree of significance, each one meriting meticulous consideration in restoration, planning and modern use decisions.

Founded by Jonny Friedman in 1990, the group now has offices in each of the cities where Urban Lime operates and employs an exceptional, passionate and dedicated team of property professionals.
