A Biokineticist is an exercise therapist that improves a person's physical status and quality of life through individualised assessment and the prescription of preventative or rehabilitative exercise.

Justin Bircher and Associates is a group of practices in Durban and its surrounding area's that provides rehabilitation and exercise prescription to anyone suffering from various chronic diseases, orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries or post-surgical management.

We work closely with various physiotherapists, chiropractors, orthopaedic surgeons, general practitioners and exercise trainers to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to treating patients and improving their physical health and well-being.

Our vision is to grow a group of successful biokinetic practices in Kwa-Zulu Natal that are at the forefront in our field of industry. To set new levels of standards for service, patient care and exercise prescription. To be the first choice of Biokinetic service provision for patients and medical providers. To develop our staff through continuous professional development training.
