Established in 1983, Natal Scale CC is a SANAS accredited company (Lab. No.: LTF 0095) which has diversified and now has a branch in Richards Bay to address customers’ requirements and provide quality service in that region.

We now have a total of ten qualified technicians of which eight are full verification officers with NRCS certificates of compliance. Each technician has his own fully equipped vehicle and is accompanied by an assistant technician. The CC has the facilities to calibrate and verify weighing machines with capacities from 1Kg up to 100000kg.

Social Responsibility

While our first priority to social responsibility is to our own staff and their families we do support Hillcrest Aids Centre Trust with regular financial assistance and practical help where we can have the most impact.

Training

The staff at Natal Scale are our first priority. We believe that by offering training and improving staff skills, our employees become confident and productive.

We have our staff trained in the following skills:
First Aid
Forklift training
Welding
Each employee is also assisted to obtain their light motor vehicle drivers licence.
