Aroux Town Planning Services is a multi-skilled planning practice based in Cape Town, and specialises in assisting property developers, property owners and professionals in the development industry with a range of town planning services.

Established in April 2012 by André Roux, Aroux Town Planning Services offers the whole spectrum of town planning and related services, which include planning consultation, the preparation and submission of land use applications, site planning and development facilitation, development framework studies, building plan submissions, etc.

Our success is built on personal service and looking after the interest of the project, whilst playing a facilitatory role between our client, the authorities and other interested and affected parties. With more than six years experience in both the public and private sector, we use our strong working relationship with the local and provincial authorities to attain positive planning solutions.

We function well in multi-disciplinary teams and work closely with many professionals in the development industry. We strive to serve our clients in the most effective and efficient way and to act with integrity at all times, while contributing to the development of quality and sustainable urban communities.
