Our Story

One morning early in 2017, in a coffee shop in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, founders Shaun Champion and Joey Croucamp shared their passion for people and the property industry, their strive for excellence and good old fashioned values and their commitment to unscrupulous business ethics and loyalty.
They realised that they have the same vision and values, and the idea of CHAMPION Real Estate was born. The idea became a dream, and after many, many more cups of coffee, phone calls and emails, the dream became a reality as CHAMPION Real Estate will be opening its doors in Graanendal Shopping Centre in June 2017
