General information
As most craft breweries, Stickman starter with a love of beer and an inquisitive mind that wanted to learn and make something amazing that people will enjoy. Johan Burger, our owner and brewer, started brewing beer at home to enjoy with his friends on social occasions. After testing recipes, playing with ingredients and numerous tastings with friends, our beers were born. Since then he has refined his skills and recipes to the ones that we have today . . . mouth-watering beers with a great mouth feel, a taste that is like no other and a color unmistakably Stickman.
In 2013 Johan decided to make the change from home brewer to full time owner of a craft brewery. Since then we have grown to be loved by many across South Africa and even the world.
The big question remains, why aren’t you reading this with one of our delicious beers in your hand?
