New Beginnings Foundation is a vehicle to house the Social Initiatives as well as the Social Enterprise that fund the Foundation.
The Foundation has six wholly owned subsidiaries:

New Beginnings Learning Academy
The Incubator
New Beginnings Food Distribution
New Beginnings Marketing Division
Each subsidiary was established out of the necessity to fund the New Beginnings Care Centre, a social upliftment initiative aimed at rebuilding peoples lives, in order to become self-sufficient contributing citizens. BEE Level 2
