We provide mostkitchen appliances e.g.. Fridge, Microwave, Induction Plates. In thebedrooms we provide Beds, Desk, Book Shelves and Chairs for a comfortablestudy environment. *We also offer Laundry Services, Wi-Fi Services, 24 HourSecurity, Finger Print Access, CCTV Cameras . Secure Parking is available toall students. *Entertainment Areas are available to students for recreation.The Property Manager handles day-to-day operational management of theassigned property to assure approved quality standards are maintained. Weare responsible for all tenant leases and timely collection of all rent. WeManage all Lodges with a strict hand and have a set of rules and regulationsin place. All managers have a hands on approach & set high levels ofcustomer service. The Maintenance Team handles day-to-day operationalpreventative maintenance tasks to assure approved quality standards aremaintained. We offer a cleaning service on site 6 days a week.
