Limestone Investment Properties was conceptualized 10 years ago when Jarod Kolman penetrated a very protected market. The passion that was the catalyst to create the business was the lack of professionalism and specialization in the industry. Property as a financial asset class was in its infancy and the directors and founders have helped this segment become a vibrant and blossoming niche investment opportunity.

The success of the business was quickly established with the launch of the first large scale development in Sandton where previously zoned commercial land was rezoned into residential development land, identifying a need in the marketplace to match demand in the new Sandton Business Node for residential accommodation , as well as a geared asset class , leveraged on a yield, at a time when the stock market was particulary underperforming.

This was the start of a financial revolution with property as the underlying base, where debt and gearing could be harnessed to create unprecedented returns. This passion and process has been replicated, with many developments having subsequently followed.
