Energy saving:
Every Omega cabinet uses a variable speed drive that regulates the speed of the compressor by reducing stop start cycles and a by product of this is a reduction in wear and tear.
Our unique gas defrost system requires no heaters and thus saves more energy.
We also have an energy recovery system on defrost in the cooling tower.
Heat is removed from the store through a fluid cooling system.
Only 3.8 amps per 12' upright meat and 12' Jumbo Island.
Highly efficient programmable low energy fan motors and modified air management.

Lens lighting for optimized display from bottom up.
Stainless tubs, wall bands, brackets, shelving & interior - optional.

OMEGA FLUID-COOLED REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

By using fluid for cooling, there is no longer a need for a plant room. A dry cooler positioned outside is linked to the cabinets inside your store with PVC piping. Therefore only a plumber is required on site while you continue trading. Conventional installations vary between 2 - 4 months. Our installation time is 2 - 3 weeks.

OMEGA FLUID-COOLED REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

Additional spec included as standard on Omega cabinets:

Service exchange pull out electrical tray with switch gear to standardize all electrical, control and monitoring, alarms, HACCP reports (to standardize for stores to ensure correct monitoring at Head Office level). This feature will suit any multiplex / simplex plant selected and can be removed from the refrigeration contractors' main contract i.e. Floor standing board not necessary.
Stainless steel wall bands and brackets.
LED lighting option as a service exchange item standard i.e. lighting on all shelves and canopies is a pre-wired harness and LED tubes can be fitted when desired.
Stainless steel tubs standard.
Service exchange fan panel with plug for ease of cleaning – advantage no screws or fixing required.
Programmable low energy evaporator fan motors standard.
New improved non-fixed kick plate cover as per picture.
More than enough room underneath the cabinet to run serviceable main drain of 110mm under the tub i.e. no trenching required.
New Zincalum steel benefit included.
Energy efficient hot cabinets with individual shelf/ zone control.
