With specially crafted specialty outcomes, sugar and chocolate craft, hot kitchen basic programs and international accreditation, the FBI Chef School & Patisserie Academy is the leader in the field of pastry chef training in South Africa. Qualified students work at and run world renowned kitchens. The FBI Chef School & Patisserie Academy does not only simulate real life catering and requirements, but also allows students the opportunity of working with real life catering, wedding cakes, presentations, workshops and guest requirements.
