Aurik Business Accelerator (Aurik), established in 2002, works with business owners and entrepreneurs to build their businesses into Assets of Value. This is a business that is systems driven giving time to the owner to focus on growth.

Its also a business that can raise growth funding and , of a day, can be sold successfully to generate wealth for the founders and owners. This is important because 94,6% of business fail to sell and the cost to the entrepreneur, the staff and country is devastating. The cost to the family of the entrepreneur, even more so!

Having emerged from directly starting, building and selling 12 companies, Aurik business growth programmes are customized to the entrepreneur and their business, practical, high-impact and growth focused.

This is evidenced across our two categories of clients which are identified by their stage of development and organised into two portfolios; Business Builders (annual turnovers up to R8 million) achieving an average annual growth rate of 43% and the Business Accelerators (annual turnovers up to R100 million) achieving annual growth rates in excess of 72%. Since inception and across both portfolios, business continuity remains at 97,8%.
