Springbok Atlas Charter was founded in 1946 by Mr Vermaak, which has exponentially grown as a reputable transport service provider.

Now run by CEO, Geert van Doorn, the company's Headquarters and depot are well-established, based in Cape Town, South Africa. With 90 coaches, the company has depots in Johannesburg, and Durban as well as Namibia, running across Southern Africa.

Springbok Atlas Luxury Charter is now owned by Cullinan Holdings Limited, a proudly South African Company, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Springbok Atlas Charter form part of the coaching and touring - transport division, specifically Luxury Charter. It is a valued member of SABOA, SATSA, SAACI and TASA.
