1. Community focused
• To be aimed at all people regardless of race, culture, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
• To work in Region B (which Linden, Northcliff, Fairland and Windsor fall under), City of Johannesburg, with the possibility of expansion.

2. Christian Organization
• To introduce Christian values to people as life changing power.
• To love, care and bring hope to others.
• To provide a support base for Christian faith communities.

3. Initiate and facilitate activities
• To identify needs and develop the means to address them.
• To render professional services and projects.
• To act with integrity and be transparent.

4. Empower people holistically to achieve sustainable independence
• To assist people to discover, develop and reach their potential.
• To empower people to make informed decisions and accept responsibility for their own lives.
• To assist people in developing a sustainable community.

5. Quality of life
• To assist people to develop and grow physically, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually and spiritually.
