On Target Business Solutions (On Target) was originally founded in September 2000, and has since been incorporated into a proprietary limited company to be a socio-economic change agent in South Africa. Established by Dynamic Business Executives who acknowledge that, and who are committed to ensuring that, more emphasis must be placed on social economic development in order to achieve our national plan to attain a jobless rate of 14 percent by 2020 and 6 percent by 2030.

We seek to be a bastion for affordable education and for the empowerment of our youth through specialised work and skills development programs. These programs must give our youth the opportunity to attain accredited qualifications and to earn an income to support their families.

The bucket of solutions we provide are aimed at equipping and empowering any and all socially responsible Companies with the tools to leverage existing tax incentives that in-turn will enable re-investment of unlocked funds into sustainable youth employment and development programs and critical skills development of current employees.
