Touch Down has a multi-faceted approach to hospitality and tourism – catering for people across an entire spectrum. We focus on the experience of a destination – providing specialised service based on location, type of property and target market.

Touch Down was founded in 2009, when it was recognised that there was the potential for unique experiences in South Africa. It now boasts seven properties and over 2000 beds. Having sold R2.5 billion worth of fractional title and time-share accommodation since inception, Touch Down employs 570 people in South Africa, Africa, North America and Canada. Touch Down does its own development but also partners with other developers – acting as independent agents. Touch Down offers a full range of travel services for individuals, families and corporates.
