Edge Growth creates jobs by bridging the gap between corporates and entrepreneurs. To achieve real transformation, we partner with corporates, growing SMEs through our tailored ESD strategies, fund management solutions and accelerator programmes.

We live our purpose by growing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) who in turn create jobs for the unemployed. We grow SMEs by addressing the key constraints they face:

We use Enterprise and Supplier Development as the main mechanism to achieve our purpose and partner with our committed corporate clients to design and implement bespoke ESD solutions that create real business impact and supply chain transformation.

We have been doing this since 2007 and in this time gained real track record and created meaningful social impact with more than 2 500 jobs to date.

Edge Growth is black owned and a Level 2 Enterprise & Supplier Development Beneficiary, with a 125% B-BBEE procurement recognition level.

Our services focus on three distinct areas:
